Korbi Brizendine is a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach, professional athlete, and creator of the CORE4 Method—a proven system designed to help individuals reignite their metabolism, rebuild confidence, and finally stop “starting over.”

Korbi takes a lifestyle-first approach to fat loss and performance, helping clients understand how their habits, stress, and mindset all influence their results inside and outside the gym.

When it comes to coaching, Korbi brings the credentials and experience, but what she leads with is passion, connection, and an innate ability to help people believe in—and become—the strongest version of themselves.

Her goal is simple: to guide individuals and couples through a journey that’s sustainable, empowering, and fun, so they can look, feel, and live their best life, without sacrificing the things that matter most.
