As a professional bodybuilder and former CrossFit competitor, I thought I had it figured out. But despite "doing everything right," I was exhausted, stuck, and my body wasn't responding. It wasn't until I stopped following the mainstream advice and started studying the actual science of metabolism, hormones, and sustainable fat loss that everything changed.

That's when I discovered the truth: your body isn't broken, and you're not doing anything wrong. Your approach is just missing a few critical pieces. Once I fixed those for myself, the fat came off, my energy came back, and I finally built a body and lifestyle I could maintain.
